Appointment requests and pending testimonials are only viewable inside an authenticated admin area used by the practice. Access requires sign-in, and role-based checks gate administrative actions.

The site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform with a managed backend. Database tables that store form submissions are protected by row-level security policies, and privileged actions require authentication. These are enabled platform controls — this page is not an independent certification.

The website uses session cookies that are required for the practice's admin sign-in to function. Visitors browsing public pages and submitting the contact or testimonial forms do not need to sign in.
